DESCRIPTION:

NGAC M907-19 is a medium viscosity and thixotropic adhesive system; formulated for medical device assembly applications in accordance with Title 21, U.S. Code of Regulations, FDA Chapter 1, Sub-Part B, Sections 175.105 and 175.300.

 
 

ADVANTAGES AND APPLICATIONS:

Uses include laminating, bonding and sealing applications in the assembly of catheters, hearing aids and dental products, as well as, food preparation and processing equipment. The NGAC M907-19 is easily mixed and cured at room temperature and provides excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, metal and plastic.

 

NGAC M907-19 features the following characteristics that enable ease of use.

HARDNESS, Shore D: 80D

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -70 to +145˚C

LAP SHEAR, ALUM TO ALUM: 2000 psi

PERCENT SOLIDS: 100%

POT LIFE: 45 minutes

 
 

CURE SCHEDULE:

Temperature of 25˚C for 24 hours

OR

Temperature of 65˚C for 1-4 hours
