Our standard lead-time is 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. However, we can often expedite as needed.

What is the correct storage temperature for NextGen’s pre-mixed and frozen products?
The recommended storage temperature for NGAC P910-04 and NGAC P910-27 is -57˚C or colder. For all other products, the recommended storage temperature is -40˚C or colder. Please refer to the directions for complete handling guidelines for products packaged pre-mixed and frozen.
What are the packaging options for NextGen products?
The standard option for most NextGen products is our XPAK package, available in 2.5g up to 200g sizes. Many products are also available in a pre-mixed and frozen syringe. For packaging options for a specific product, please call us directly at 978-436-9600 and press 3 for technical service.
