DESCRIPTION:

NGAC P907- 48 is a silica filled and room temperature curing adhesive specifically formulated for optical applications where shrinkage due to CTE mismatch is critical.

ADVANTAGES AND APPLICATIONS:

Uses include the assembly of optical and medical components including the bonding of prisms and lenses, as well as, medical device assembly.

NGAC P907-48 features the following characteristics that enable ease of use.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -60 to +125˚C

PERCENT SOLIDS: 100%

POT LIFE: 40-50 minutes

CURE SCHEDULE:

Temperature of 25˚C for 24 hours

OR

Temperature of 65˚C for 4 hours
